Tom Ridley – Worship lead

Tom plays piano, badly plays guitar, and has been leading the music at Grace Common since 2019. He keeps the song list short enough that people can actually learn it, and runs the Wednesday rehearsal that anyone is welcome to sit in on. He also edits the talk recordings, which is why they appear on a Monday and not a Friday.

The people who lead it

Six people on staff, a dozen more who volunteer every week. If you have a question about anything here, one of them will answer it — in person on a Sunday, or by email in a day or two.

Dele has led Grace Common since it started meeting in the old print works in 2014. He preaches most Sundays, and spends the rest of the week with people over coffee rather than behind a desk.

Hannah shares the preaching with Dele and runs the Tuesday night course for anyone working out what they believe. She is the person to ask the awkward question.

Ravi looks after the nine community groups that meet in homes across the city midweek. If you want to meet people properly, he is the one to talk to.

Amara runs Common Kids for ages 0 to 11 and the youth group on a Friday. Every volunteer she works with is trained and checked.
